Here’s exactly what we use. Of course, don’t just copy/paste, use it as an outline and make it your own.
“Thanks!
We had a blast at your [event type], your guests were seriously amazing! [Insert something unique from their event]
If you’d like, we’re happy to post your photos to our Facebook page for you and your guests to share, tag and download, but of course, we respect your privacy. So first, we need you to let us know if you want them posted. You can do this in two ways.
1) PREFERRED – We love to post albums to Facebook along with a snippet from a raving review! If you felt we did an amazing job, please follow the link below and give us a 5 star rating on Yelp!. [Change this to whatever site you want reviews] We’ll watch for the review to post and take that as the ‘OK’ to share your photos to Facebook. Reviews help us more than you can imagine and we REALLY appreciate each and every one.
[Insert a link to your Yelp page here]2) If you’d rather not leave a review but would still like your photos posted, no problem! Just give us a call and let us know, we’ll be happy to oblige.
We’ll watch for a review or phone call to come back and we’ll be getting your photos to Facebook as quick as we can.
Also, if you thought we were anything less than amazing, please email me back or give me a call before leaving a review so we can discuss any issues. We seriously try our very hardest to make sure your photo booth experience is the very best available.”
There you have it. I’m not going to make any claims to how many reviews you’ll get from this method but give it a try and let us know if it helps.
